I know a drugstore cowgirl
Mohair yarn blended with acrylic is really hard to work with. It likes to stick to itself and is not unlike trying to knit with opposing strips of Velcro. That might just be me though, because I have never heard of anyone else having the same kind of problems. I wanted to make a long bishop sleeved dress with an empire waist flare and a ruff collar. What happened were overly long sleeves, Yohji Yamamamoto silhouettes and your choice of a face eating collar or a head-on-platter look. Both of these dresses are from the same "pattern," or at least I tried to use the same work with the only difference being the collar. They both have petticoats underneath and I am too disappointed to sew in buttons in the back. Right now, they just have ties at the collar from where I neglected to sew in ends.

I bought a ton of mohair yarn at the Unwind Superbowl sale too, I don't know what I'm going to do with it now. Well, okay, I know of at least one more thing but I have literally like 8 more balls of this stuff in eyeburning colors. Feast or famine. Drabs or neons. I have no in between.

This could not be more of a Photoshop Disaster unless I used a palette of Kardashian ass-shrinking tools. I should clone in a third leg and giant rack.
