Our Thanksgiving is today instead of yesterday because my sister had to work. I stayed indoors and developed carpal tunnel syndrome (not really) casting on and finishing this in one day. Pretty much the entire first season of Monarch of the Glen plus Wall-E.






Pattern: Paula's hoodie pattern, which is being prepared for wide distribution soon.
Yarn: Joann Sensations Bamboo and Ewe in purple heather.
Needles: US3 for most of it, US2 for the pockets.
Modifications: Used first and last 4 stitches for a C4F trim throughout, eliminated neckband ribbing, substituted rib trim at cuffs, longer length with a ruffle/flounce trim.
Note: Managed to paint myself into a corner with the cable trim since with it, there's no good way for the front to close. I finally found a small zipper which was a regular zipper, not a separating one, so the hoodie has to be shimmied on.
