A momentous day

I woke up this morning, lit the pilot on the ancient heater without losing my eyebrows AND I found my long-missing package of Bruce Lee hands! Both big pluses. I then got a package from overseas only to discover that most of my order had been canceled so instead of the Fall Whisper dress set, Bruce Lee t-shirt and boots, I'd ordered, all I received was a small bag of Pure Neemo option parts. I paid $20 in EMS shipping to get a $3 bag of parts. Minus 1. But the option hands came in handy for Letty Mae to grip the too-short handles on her pennyfarthing so yay. And, big plus, I learned how to edit the sound on videos which I would like to pretend I figured out by reading the manual or such but actually happened entirely by accident.

Part of an inside joke. I have a little mechanical toy that rides a pennyfarthing and you can turn his head this way or that. I was trying to take a short video of him just randomly pedaling by while looking at the camera but he would not stay in frame and kept falling over or running into things. I ended up just editing together my multiples takes since his head is still pretty funny but it would have been funnier if you could see what he was actually riding.



The music is in honor of a rumored upcoming Space reunion which is supposedly going to be UK only but I can dream, by golly.
