Tales from Barbara Peterson
From this past Sunday and I'm just now getting to it. I am a week to two weeks behind in just about everything.
This super ultra clear photo was of the Barbie Modern Living set, almost complete (missing two pillows) and live and in person:

The vendor gave me the stink eye so I had to buy some stuff from her.
Much like last time, the vendors here all assumed I would be stopped at the door and have my bags checked for stolen merchandise. I didn't ask them or suggest anything, but each and every person I bought from (about 6 different people) all made sure to either give me a handwritten or printed receipt or wrote directly on the bag "PAID" in Sharpie marker. I am going to assume this is just their new policy even though I didn't see them doing all that for anyone else. Maybe it's because I look shifty.
I bought all this, which looks like a lot but wasn't since I was hitting the $1 bins pretty hard. I think the most expensive thing I bought was another Skipper Fancy Pants set, which I'd forgotten I already had and that was $10 because it was a little ripped. Geez, I bought a 3-pack of minty mint Superstar Barbie dresses for $6! The MOC Best Buy fashions were only $3-5 and even Tammy's brother Lurch there was $3.

It was awesome. I felt so high, I went to the triumvirate at Beach/Ball but bought nothing, and stopped at Volks to pick up two copies of Haute Doll (finally! when did that magazine get so hard to find?). Wow, that was a lot for me.
