I don't think these can properly be called "customs" since they're only mix and match parts. A custom seems to imply a repaint or specially cast parts. So I'll just say they're "customized." City police with black helmets, black visors and Emperor Palpatine canes. Not much, I'll admit but it's my first go.

Lordy, these were hard to balance, they were like dominoes. I don't think they need the riot shields, I think they look funnier with just their nightsticks. That's a new word for me, "nightstick." I learned it in university. Up until that point I thought they were called, ummm, "'nagger' beaters" because that's what everyone always called them, even the cops.
