Ooooh, you're going to get it now

In response to a nasty email written to Joann's customer service (after being on hold for a half hour, I gave up and played right into their hands),I've just received an email confirmation of my "new order." They will be sending out my correct order and I should get it in 5-8 days.

And, AND they've billed me for it. AGAIN! What of my express shipping? Nowhere to be found. And again, no response from them. The big box of junk they'd already sent had merchandise worth LESS than what I was originally charged so yes, I am getting angrier and angrier.

That's a big FU from Joann's. A huge whopping one and I will not be going to their store, online or in person ever again unless it's to shoplift or to return all this crap.
