BPC turned one year old last month and to commemorate, the hostest decided to pick a challenge winner and the mods were asked to donate the prizes. So this was my contribution. I wanted to do an outfit set but my tastes aren't everyone's tastes and I knew the winner would be one of four people so I aimed for strictly middle of the road, hence, teddy bears and balloons. The dress is by pinkgundollhouse who makes inexpensive but well made dresses and is in the US so I knew I would get it in time. I made the hat to match the dress' sales picture and I got pretty close, I think. It's supposed to be light blue and pink but it photographs gray which makes it look more like a mouse hat instead of a bear hat.







Not pictured was the wee camera I included that had a working flash and made a shutter release sound.
