Wrong 'em, boy-o

While the lofts by me are sitting there trying to pretend people on the freeway can't see into their dining rooms, everyone has lost their minds over the T-Lofts. You can see the promo video here, at the intersection of Urban and West. I've passed the sales office a hundred times and I wondered why people kept talking about them like they're just the greatest thing ever when they don't even exist yet. I never realized the T-Lofts weren't being built on the same site, duh, and the real site is actually a mile away:

And at the southwest corner of Cool and Convenience:

Which would explain its appeal.

Not to mention that T-Lofts' marketing is way better than Soho Square's. Soho Square is technically in a better location but the T-Lofts have better design and their strippers are more conveniently located (Soho Square's nearest ones would be at the 4-Play and that's, what, like four blocks away?). Hmmmmm, tough call. I'd really have to see the T-Lofts' planters to know for sure who reigns supreme in eco-friendly Westside freeway living.
