Several years ago, Earthlink saw fit to sell all of my mailboxes to some guy named Robert out in RPV. It took several hours on the telephone and numerous faxes over the course of two days to straighten it out.

And yet, to this day, whenever I log on to Earthlink (which is seldom, preferring to use the government monitored open-access WiFi from around the corner), I am greeted with this:
