Rape Vans of North America, part 2

I think this is more of an eccentric's van because it is way too eye-catching to be a rape van. Plus, there was no rust or duct tape visible but it is noteworthy so I will note it.

I have no idea why there was a pick-up's shell atop it held on by bungee cords but I was wildly intrigued and followed him around for a while. I tried to get a photo of the sides, he had big windows covered by aluminum Venetian blinds that look like a cat had been digging at them because they were all bent at the sides.

The spots there are from my dirty windshield. Yeah.
