Les tableaux

Anyone who has ridden in a car I'm driving can attest to the fact that I will make a hairpin turn and stop for no reason because I saw something I wanted to photograph. The pictures that get posted here and on Flickr are about 4% of the total and judging by the crap that ends up for public view, well, you can guess the level of quality reserved for "eyes only."

Don't ask me why but I am fascinated with the junk people leave curbside for the masses. We call them "tableaux" because they remind us of painterly-settings. A turntable? A receiver? Okay!
