Big blurry rat ivy dog

Seen on the corner of Hayvenhurst and Plummer, driving by one night and we both immediately started in with the "oh oh! Pull over!" The thing is huge! It's at least as high as the one story house it's creeping out of and the body is formed into a sidewalk archway that at least 6 and a half feet tall.
