Yay! Three day weekend!! I was finally home during daylight hours and what do I see blowing around in the wind? A tomato! It's growing from a tomato plant that died last year that I never got around to throwing out since it still had a couple of green leaves and I felt like I would be killing it, even though it's an annual and not meant to last more than a season. Which makes this a zombie tomato, sprung from the loins of an undead plant.

It's blurry because it was swaying in the wind and hanging on for dear zombie life. It's only about the size of a dime, but I'm going to start watering and feeding it just to see what happens.

When I came inside, I saw this and laughed because I had been taking photos earlier in the week and still hadn't put these dolls to rights and they all look accusing and/or embarrassed.


I am going to eat so much barbecued food, I will be full of carcinogenic goodness come Tuesday. But first, I'm going to pre-order a metric shit-ton of Transformers laptop accessories from HLJ. Yay!
