Well, shoot. You know that X-Files episode, I think it was the first season, when Mulder and Scully are up in the Pacific Northwest or possibly Vancouver at a logging camp where all the loggers have mysteriously died? And it turns out that the loggers had started logging an old growth area, very old growth, and by doing so had disturbed old mold or parasite spores or some such thing that had lain dormant for a thousand years and it killed them all suddenly in a weird way, like that theory about the curse of King Tut's tomb? Cleaning my house this weekend has been a lot like that. I have disturbed places that had not seen sunlight in a long time and I have even found a box from when I first moved in, that I probably set aside to go through later and then never got around to it. As a result, my breathing became a little (a lot) constricted and my body went anaerobic and I am still trying to unbend myself from that. I had a lot to do today but I'm going to have to go back to bed instead.
Ooof. I probably should not have gone to the Rose Bowl yesterday, I got really tired. It would have meant missing out on the Wienermobile pedal car though ($125 and it worked), which I thought about buying for my nephew and niece but they already have a Jeep, a sport car and an airplane so this would have been a step back in their baby-ballers lifestyle.
