I have been in contact with our artists here in our office and really there is no fix for this situation. If the figure is completely broken you can try to glue it with any form of Crazy Glue, this might work.

I wish I could offer you a replacement however; we no longer have any of these items anywhere in our warehouse.

Sigh. Crazy Glue will eventually discolor and corrode the ankle and foot. I guess I'll keep her in her wheelchair for now, maybe they can become a new crimefighting duo, like The Fugitive only as a pair.
