Things I've made
Some day I will make a perfect dress.
I've mentioned the mohair these were made from but not the specifics.

Yarn: I forget what kind of mohair but it's not worth remembering since I know I'm never going to buy mohair again. I need to use up what I have but nothing more is coming in, I'll tell you what. Oh heck, I'll look. Katia Promesa on Uncle Mother and Lana Grossa Baby Mohair on Copenhagen.
Needles: 4
Pattern: Lula Bebop's goto pattern. Bishop sleeves on both. Copenhagen's hem is wide, Uncle Mother's is more of a ball shape. Both have really stupid big ruffle collars that are too big. And stupid.
Notes: This is not the one.
This one is a little closer. I like how I display no detail at all. You can see the doll is in a dress and that dress is possibly beige but that's all. And this was one I liked too.

Yarn: Some kind of crochet thread in ecru. I think it's a size 20.
Needles: 4, I think.
Pattern: Lulubebop, always Lulubebop, or mrsmisanthrope, one or the other. More of a flare in the skirt.
Notes: Intentionally used larger than necessary needles to make it more airy and I think I finally got the length I wanted.
This was for the Easter photo that never was, made especially for Number Five. That's the Katia Promesa coming out the holes there.

Yarn: Caron Simply Soft in Watermelon, Karabella Aurora 4 in white for the teef.
Hook: H, I think, and then US2 for the teeth.
Pattern: None.
Notes: I was going to have a button hanging out of an X over the covered eye but I liked it well enough with nothing there, just a sort of executioner bunny hood thing. I'm not sure what possessed me to add teeth and a nose, it just seemed like it should be there.
That Bonewalker thing. It is exactly like a Wanda Frog except shaped like a skeleton. And I don't like Wanda Frogs. This one has sculpted knees and elbows and I foolishly thought that meant additional points of articulation. No. And it can't even stand upright on it's own without an extreme bend. Hmph.

Yarn: Vanna's Glamour in Topaz. I'd call it gold but the label calls it Topaz so fine, whatever Vanna White wants.
Needles: US5
Pattern: mrsmisanthrope's Lati Yellow dress.
Notes: Added additional increases to have more rounded sleeves, more increases to skirt for more pouf, shell stitch crochet border. I was driving down Lincoln when I saw this stenciled plywood outside a liquor store and I had to drive around the block to backtrack which is how I ended up in a shifty neighborhood, or rather, a shifty neighborhood that a couple of hipsters were trying to gentrify. I'd say they still have some work to do since the liquor store cashier wasn't wearing a shirt but maybe I'm being a snob.
