So there I was, watching Dragnet reruns because of the scenes of old Los Angeles and the 'true stories' when I suddenly heard a familiar voice being interrogated over a liquor store robbery.

Beautiful, beautiful Kent McCord! I don't want to ruin the plot for you but he was playing a rookie policeman working undercover for the narcotics division who had been trying to buy some pot. It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity and I was cheated out of Kent-McCord-in-prison scenes, boo hiss.
